Covid-19 Office Update.
The office is located in Western Sydney, an area that has documented cases of Covid-19.
The office is still open and at the moment there are no plans to change this status unless/until one of the staff contracts the virus at which time the office will need to be closed. Planning is underway to enable all staff to be able to work from home when the time comes, some services will be impacted but it is hoped that the majority of work will still be processed. In the meantime we regret to advise that member walk-in access to the office will need to cease. Members are still welcome to slide paperwork under the front door and it will be processed the following day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but would like to remain open for the majority of members for as long as possible so minimising risk by stopping direct member access is important.
